Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA Programme
The Tsinghua-INSEAD Executive MBA course structure is designed to help you transition from your current specialization-dependent management role to a more organisation-wide approach to problem solving. The programme is set up to expand on your experience with business fundamentals, as well as delve into your areas of interest with a combination of formal lessons and practical simulations. A final thesis project will allow you to weave together all the elements you have learned, accounting for 20% of your final grade.

At least one of the letters should be written by a direct supervisor. The choice of the second referee is at your discretion, but he or she should be someone who can speak to your potential.
